After reviewing the following policy and guidelines,  please fill in

all the boxes below and  click "submit" upon completion.

Welcome to the SGA for the 2025 gof season which starts on April 16 at 9 AM.  This first event is at Minor Park.  There are a few key things that you are responsible for maintaining and I wanted to take a minute and share these key follow up actions with you ahead of the season's start since you are a new member in 2025 to the SGA of KC.

1.  The SGA assumes you will play in all events.  If you are not able to play in a scheduled event, it is your responsibility to go to the website (www.sgakc.org) and fill out a change of attendance form.  An event reminder is sent to the entire membership, usually the Sunday before the scheduled event reminding the members of the upcoming event and attached to that email is a change of attendance form.  If you are a No-Show, you will have to pay a non-attendance fee ($40) before you can resume play.  When you fill out this form you will be sent a confirmation email back to you within a few minutes.

2. If during the season your contact information changes such as address, you need to go to the website and go to the link called contact us and provide your new information.  When you win a prize at an event a gift card is mailed to your address of record so it is important that you maintain your information or your award will not find you.

3. Please arrive at the event, check-in & pay at least 30 minutes before our scheduled tee time which is usually 8 AM CDT.  This would be 7:30 AM.  We have people available to check you in at 6:45 am for an 8 AM start or 75 minutes before scheduled tee time.
